How to update payment method in 360Pay (US)

With 360Player you have the option of updating your payment method when necessary. This ensures that you always keep a subscription active.

Note: This article is for US only.

  1. Login to 360Player using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Billing section - see image
The billing section is found here
  1. Choose an active invoice or subscription
  2. Click on the button labeled Update payment method
  3. Enter the details for the new card
  4. You will receive a charge with the amount set to $0 - this is normal for the update to go through
