Imagine a world where your members can seamlessly find support when using 360Player!  This world is now reality as we've launched a new In-app Support Portal to help everyone associated with your organisation  find the support they need.

We've listened to your feedback and provided a smart solution, reducing time you'll spend supporting your members with queries.

Updates

Club Contact Available For Members

We've now made it super easy for your members to contact the club direct by either email or mobile regarding any club queries. 

The Club Contact Details will now be displayed in the Club Lobby, Billing related pages, emails and invoices, as well as during checkout and registration.

To update your Club Contact Information, follow the navigation below.

Club Level > Menu > Settings > General > Club Contact Information

Club Payment Administrator Support Chat

We've now created a seamless connection between 360Player Customer Success Team and your Payment Administrator.  They can now navigate to an In-app Support Portal which will provide everything they need to enhance their experience with 360Player when dealing with payments. 

Navigate : Club Level > Menu > Support > Start a support chat
