How to log a training

Keeping track of how often and intensely you train is a great way to prevent injuries and communicate with your coaches. Here's how to record a training:

*After recent updates, the create button has been moved. There is now a 'create' area where players can press 'training log' directly from the dashboard.

Press the Training log from the create area on the home screen.

Fill in the details of your training, including Physical strain, and click Register training to finish.
