Getting started as an parent

This video details the six key steps to getting started as a parent.

1. Accept you child's GDPR consent (if applicable)

If your child is under the GDPR age of consent in your country, you will need to provide consent for them to enter their personal data into the 360Player platform. When your child attempts to sign in for the first time, they will enter in your email which will send you the link to your email inbox to give consent.

Before you create your 360Player account, your child must have their account created first as the parent account must be linked to an existing child account. This article provides the step by step process for players to sign up below the GDPR age of consent.

2. Sign in for the first time

As a parent your child must have created their account before you can complete the sign up process. Your child joins the correct team via a group code from their coach or manager, which is detailed in how to sign in for players. When you sign in as a parent, you don't need a group code, simply enter the email address your child used and 360Player will create a connection between you and your child's account. When sending the request to your child, he/she will get it in the app and not in their email inbox.

To sign in for the first time, navigate to (or download the app on mobile), then you can follow the steps or view this guide for more details on how to sign in. To download the app on mobile check out the links below.

To quickly access your personal details on mobile, press the 'more' button first, then press 'settings'.

You can also sync the calendar events in 360Player with other calendars you may use. For more information on how to use the calendar check out this article.
