There are a bunch of new features being introduced with the Payments update. First of all, 360Player uses Stripe for managing your payments safely and securely. When getting started with your payment implementation, you will get asked to connect your organization's bank account to Stripe. Stripe is one of the largest providers of online payment infrastructure, and you can trust that all of your details and funds are in great hands.
The contact database
The feature Contacts allows you to create and manage all of your club contacts in one place. All of your organizations current users will automatically be a part of your database, but you are free to add more contact records at your convenience.
A unique feature of the 360Player contact database is that you can relate each contact to a separate billing contact. This means that once connected, all payments set for a contact will automatically be routed to the billing contact. An example is when a player has their parent connected as their billing contact. Adding a membership to the player will automatically send the invoice to the parent.
The club's own product catalogue
The payment platform allows you to create your very own product catalogue, which you can structure in any way you need using product categories.
Every product can be connected to multiple pricing options. You can in a minute set up different plans, charging both monthly subscriptions with automatic reconciliation, as well as one time pricing options. Our goal has been to make the product catalogue as flexible as possible to suit the needs of your organization regardless of your payment structure.
Subscriptions and invoicing that works as it should
We know that a lot of time is spent on managing invoicing towards hundreds or thousands of people. That's why we have built a system that both lets you invoice your customers automatically, and in bulk.
The 360Player payment platform lets you create subscriptions on any plan that you like. Set up monthly payments for the club membership, or why not a yearly pricing model for the kits? The system automatically invoices your customers, and reconciles the payments, so you don't have to.
