How to connect to a child

By connecting to your child as a parent you can easily stay up to date with what's happening in your child's team. Respond to event invites, communicate with other parents, and much more.

This article explains how to connect to your child if you already have an account. If you do not have an account yet, this article will explain how to create an account and connect to your child. 

If your child doesn't have an account yet, you can easily create an account for them by following this guide: How to create a child account if parent already has an account.

  1. Navigate to Account settings by pressing Menu.

  2. Once inside your settings, navigate to the My children tab. You can then Create account for your child if necessary. Or Create connection to link to an existing player account.

  3. Enter the email adress that they registered their account with.

    Your child will now receive a notification in the app where they can accept your request.

    Once you have sent the request it will be pending until a responded upon.

  4. When the connection request is accepted, you will receive a push notification and you will now be able to view your childs information from the Team Picker in the top left corner.
