Get started with 360Player as a parent

In this article, we will detail how to create your account and sign in for the first time as a parent, as well as how to create or connect to your child's account.

Download the 360Player app from the App Store - or visit to log in.

Press Create account
Enter the Group code for the team or club you would like to join. If you don't know your group code, contact your team or club administrator so that you can join the correct group.

Good to know: If your team isn't using 360Player yet, press I don't have a group code and this will help you contact us to create a team for you.

After you have entered the group code, confirm you are joining the correct group by pressing Continue.
Select the role you are joining as, then press Continue. To join as a parent, press I'm a parent to a player.
Start creating your account by filling in details including your name, the country where you live, and your date of birth. Then press Continue.

Good to know: You can also upload a profile picture by pressing the camera icon if you would like.

Confirm that the information you have provided so far is correct by pressing Yes, continue!
Choose how you would like to sign in to your account.

Good to know: You can sign up with an email address and password, or use an existing Apple account to sign up if you would like.

Provide your account details such as your email address and password, then press Create your account.

Parent accounts must be connected to a child's account inside of 360Player. We recommend that parents create their child's account at the same time they are creating their account during the account creation process. To create your child's account press Create a new player account.

Good to know: The steps in this guide will continue on the path of creating a new player account for your child. At the end of this guide, we will show the other process of how to connect to an existing player account if your child already has an account in 360Player.

Provide your child's details including their name and date of birth. Then, press Continue.

Good to know: You can also upload a profile picture for your child by pressing the camera icon if you would like. 

Provide your child's log in details including an email address and password, then press Create account.

Be sure your child knows their username and password so that they can log in to 360Player. It can be nice to go through the account creation process together with your child.

Congratulations, you have now created both a parent and child account! Press Take me to the team to enter into 360Player. Your child can use their log in details to sign in from another device if they'd like to.
Note: Upon entering 360Player you may be asked to provide additional information for your organization depending on the organization's settings.

How to connect to an existing player account

Whether you are creating your child's account or connecting to an existing account, steps 1-9 of this guide are the same.

To connect to an existing player account, press Connect to an existing player account.

Enter the email address your child used to create their account in order to send them a connection request.

Your child must now accept your connection request. They can log in on their device and follow the next steps. If you'd like to log out on the current device press the gear icon, then press log out.
Once your child has logged in they can see your request by pressing the bell notification icon. They can then press the connection request from here.

Once inside the request, have your child press Accept.

Congratulations, your parent account is now connected and working within 360Player! If it isn't working, simply try logging out and logging in again.
