How to grant access to new staff members

If you have invited your teammates through Group Codes or Invite Links, then you might notice that staff members don't automatically join the team when they enter, contrary to players. This article will show you where you grant access to new staff members in the group.

Please note that admin privileges are required to setup an organization. If you are staff and should have admin rights, please contact a club administrator.

  1. When a new admin tries to join the team, you will get a push notification if enabled. There will also be a notification inside 360Player.

  2. Navigate to Team or click the notification. From this view choose whether to accept or reject the request. As soon as you accept, the staff member have access to the team.

  3. Now that the staff member has joined, you may want to give them admin access depending on their role and responsibility. To convert a staff member to an admin, Navigate to Team and click the three dots on the right of the member you wish to convert. Then select Admin as role.

  4. Well done. You have now successfully accepted your new staff member.
