360Player buckets match statistics, age groups, and revenue reports by season. The season is defined by a start month — not a specific date — and the season runs for one year from the first day of that month. If you don't set one, January is used.
Set the season start month
Open the group you want to configure.
Go to Settings → General.
Find the Season start field and click Edit.
Pick the month your season begins from the list.
Click Save.
How inheritance works for subgroups
Changes to a parent group's season start month apply to new subgroups created after the change.
Existing subgroups keep their own setting. To change one, open the subgroup's Settings → General and either pick Use parent settings or set a custom month directly.
What the season controls
The season start month is used by 360Player to roll over:
Match and training statistics.
Age-group calculations.
Date-range defaults in revenue and activity reports.
For example, with a season start of August, statistics for the 2025/26 season run from 2025-08-01 to 2026-07-31.
