Connect to Swedish FA / FOGIS to Import Fixtures from a Competition

360Player allows Swedish teams to import and subscribe to fixtures directly from FOGIS. This guide explains how to connect your team and import fixtures from a competition directly into the team calendar.

This guide is based on the flow in the 360Player native app on a smartphone. The import can be completed from a computer or tablet, although the navigation may look slightly different, and clicking instead of tapping.

👉 Prep Tip
Before starting, make sure the country for your team is set to Sweden. Check this setting here: Group Settings → General → Core Settings.

  1. In 360Player, navigate to the team you want to import fixtures to.

  2. Go to More → Group Settings → Integrations.

  3. Tap the blue button Link a FOGIS association.

  4. Search for and select your association, then tap Next.

  5. Confirm your selection by tapping Link.

  6. Select your club and tap Save.

  7. Select the season you want to import fixtures from. This will normally be the current season, but you can also select a previous season if needed.

  8. Search for the relevant team or competition and select the corresponding checkbox.

  9. Continue to the Import series screen and review the competition settings:

    • Series name

    • Format

    • Periods / period length

    • Home meet-up time

    • Away meet-up time

    • Respond by before match

    • Import results

These settings will be applied to all fixtures imported from the competition. If needed, you can adjust the settings for individual fixtures afterwards by editing the corresponding event in 360Player.

👉 Pro Tip
If your team plays in many competitions, for example a friendly series and a competitive league, repeat from step 7 for each additional competition.

Your fixtures can now be found in the Calendar, where you can invite players and staff to each event. You can also update settings for each event if needed.

We wish you the best of luck with your season!
