How PositionMatch works

After you assess a player on your team, 360Player’s unique algorithms designed from a statistical study of 15,000 professional players can match players with their best positions on the field. Here's how to gain insights from our PositionMatch tool.

1
The positions shown in green are a good fit for the chosen player. The positions shown in red are not the best fit for the chosen player based on their current skills. The best position on the field is indicated with a blue star icon. The player's chosen position is shown with their profile picture icon.

If a player is under the age of 15, you can toggle the physical development slider. 360Player has algorithms that account for physical development so this button can level the playing field regardless of if the player is an early or late bloomer.

2
Below you can see a list of skills a player should work on based on their assessment results. In order to get training suggestions for a certain skill, simply click on the attribute you'd like for the player to improve.

Note that a player's training priority will change based on their selected position.

Below the training priority, you can see a breakdown of the assessment the player was given. You can always update or compare assessments with the update or compare buttons at the top.
