Create a training session

Learn how to create a ready-made session in 360Player using exercises from your library. Follow these steps to prepare and organize amazing training sessions quickly and easily.

A session is an ordered plan built from exercises and grouped into timed blocks. You build it in the training library; putting it on the calendar is a separate step.

  1. Go to the Training library.

  2. Click Add content and select Session.

  3. Give the session a Name and a Description, and add Tags so you can find it later.

  4. Click Add exercise. Add from library searches the exercises you already have; Create new exercise builds one without leaving the session.

  5. Click Save.

Group the exercises into blocks

A block is one phase of the session — a warm-up, a main phase, a cool-down. Each one has its own Block title, Block description and a duration in Min, and holds as many exercises as you want.

  • Add another block with the plus button under the one you are in.

  • Reorder exercises, or whole blocks, with the up and down arrows.

  • Remove an exercise or a block with its X.

  • Tag players on a block to mark which players it is for — useful when one session splits by position or by group.

Edit a saved session and find it again

  • Edit reopens the session for changes.

  • Add to files the session in a collection.

  • A saved session sits in your library and in any collection you filed it in, and can be added to a training event from the calendar.
