Steps to create a session
1. Navigate to the training library
Go to the Training Library in your 360Player account.
2. Add a new session
Click on the Add Content button.
Select Session from the dropdown menu.
3. Name and describe your session
Enter a name and a description for your session.
Add tags to make it easier to find later.
4. Add exercises to your session
Click on Add Exercise.
You can choose to add an exercise from your library or create a new exercise.

Structuring your session:
Organize your session into blocks.
Adjust the time for each block as needed.
To create a new block, click the plus button below the current block.
5. Select exercises from your library
Use the search feature to find the exercise you want.
Click the plus button in the top-right corner of the exercise to add it to your session.
6. Customize your session structure
After adding an exercise, you can:
Add more exercises to the same block.
Create a new block for another phase of training by clicking the plus button below.
Rearrange the order of exercises or blocks using the up and down arrows to the right.
Remove an exercise or block by pressing the 'X' button.
7. Save your session
Once you’re satisfied with your session, click Save.
8. Edit or organize your session
After saving, you can:
Make changes by clicking the Edit button.
Add the session to a collection by pressing the Add to button at the top.
9. Access and use your session
You can now find your session in your library or in any collection where it has been saved.
