Tracking training data helps coaches and team staff monitor exercise usage, session activities, and player's physical strain over time.

Steps to track training data

  1. Navigate to a team group.

  2. Click on Statistics, then select Training.

What you’ll find in the training data section

  • Exercise usage: View all exercises that have been used in sessions.

    • To add a session to an event, click on the event and then click the Add session button. You can choose from the library or create a new session.

  • Session and exercise tags: Review the percentage of times specific exercises, sessions, and tags have been used.

  • Activity summary: See the latest activities recorded by players in the group, along with their physical strain over the selected time period.

Customizing the time period

  • Click the date at the top to set a new time period and filter the data accordingly.

These tools allow you to evaluate training trends and optimize the physical strain and development of your team.
