A club can share exercises, sessions and collections with another club, so a federation, an academy network or a pair of partner clubs can work from one set of training content.
How the link works
Sharing is only possible between two organizations 360Player has linked, with training-library sharing enabled on that link. There is no self-service way to create the link — if the organization you want is not on the list, contact 360Player support and ask for it.
Once a link exists, sharing is per item and one-directional: you choose what leaves your library, and the other club does the same for theirs. Nothing is shared automatically.
Share one item
Open Training library and find the exercise, session or collection.
Open its menu and pick Share with other organization.
Tick every organization that should have it. Organizations it is already shared with are ticked when the list opens.
Click Select organizations to save. The heading counts your selection as you go.
Unticking an organization and saving removes its access — the list is the complete set of who has it, not a queue of additions.
Share several at once
In Training library, switch on selection and tick the items.
Pick Share with other organization from the bulk actions.
The heading names what you are sharing — "3 collections, 12 sessions, 40 exercises" — so check it before continuing.
Choose the organizations and click Select organizations.
If part of the selection cannot go, 360Player says "Some of the selected items cannot be shared." rather than sharing some and failing silently. Deselect what you do not own and try again.
What the other club sees
Shared content appears under the Shared tab of their training library, alongside anything other linked clubs have sent them. They can use it and build sessions from it. It stays yours — edits you make show up on their side, and unsharing removes it.
Troubleshooting
"No organizations are available to share with." There is no link between your club and any other, or the existing link does not include training-library sharing. Contact 360Player support.
No Share with other organization option. You need sharing rights on the item itself — content someone else created and only shared with you cannot be passed on.
They cannot find it. It is under Shared, not Your content. See Training library for what each tab holds.
