The training library is where your club keeps its exercises, sessions and collections — built once, reused by every coach, and pulled into calendar events so players can see the plan before they arrive.
The three things you can create
Everything in the library is one of three types, all created from the Add content button.
Exercise — a single drill. Name, description, Key coaching points, Material, and an optional drawing or animation showing positions and movement.
Session — a sequence of blocks, each holding one or more exercises. A session can be attached to a calendar event.
Collection — a folder for related exercises and sessions. Use it for a season's worth of content, a methodology, or an age-group curriculum.
Which of the three you see depends on your permissions — a coach without the right to create exercises does not get that option.
Where content lives
The library has three tabs.
Your content — everything you created, plus everything shared with a group you belong to. This is the tab you land on.
Shared — content another organization has shared with yours.
360 Content — the ready-made 360Player library. It only appears if your club has it enabled.
Who can see a piece of content is decided when you save it, not by which tab you are standing in: Only you, Shared with team, or Shared with club. Anything you have not shared stays visible only to you, and the library says so — "Visible only to you."
Find something
Use Search for a title, and the filter bar to narrow by content type — Collections, Sessions, Exercises — plus duration, age, and number of participants. Sort by most recently updated or by name. A long list ends with Load more rather than paging.
If your club uses Tags, the most-used tags also appear as chips above the list. See Set up and use Tags.
Organize as the library grows
Open any item's menu for the actions that keep a large library usable.
Pin — keeps something at the top of the list. Unpin reverses it.
Add to collection — files it without moving it; one item can sit in several collections.
Share — opens it up to a team or the whole club.
Share with other organization — sends a copy outside your club. See Share training content with another organization.
Select several items first and the same actions apply to all of them at once, including Create session from a set of exercises.
Getting the most out of it
Build sessions around one theme. "U12 pressing", "finishing under pressure" — then structure the blocks to build toward it. A consistent theme is easier for players to read and easier for an assistant coach to deliver.
Start from something that exists. 360 Content already covers most common objectives. Duplicate something close, then adjust the duration, group size or drawing.
Standardize at club level, not per coach. Put the methodology you want every team to follow into collections shared with the club. Coaches keep working drafts as Only you.
Draw it. A diagram with players, runs and a multi-step animation communicates an exercise faster than three paragraphs. See Use the 360Player drawing tool to create great exercises.
Attach the session to the calendar event. Players can read the plan before they turn up — see Add training sessions to calendar events.
