How to monitor chat communication for your child

Parents can monitor all messages sent to and from their child’s account on 360Player to ensure safe communication.

Steps to monitor your child’s chat messages

  1. Log in to your 360Player account
    Use your parent account credentials to log in at 360Player.

  2. Navigate to the chat section
    On the platform’s main menu, click on the Chat tab.

  3. Access monitored chats

    • In the chat section, click on Show Monitored Chats.

    • A list of accounts you are monitoring will appear.

  4. Select your child’s account
    Click on your child’s name from the monitored accounts list to view all messages involving them.

    • Messages sent or received by your child will be displayed, even if the sender has archived the conversation.

Important information about chat monitoring

  • Who can message your child?
    Only team staff, admins, and players within the same team can send messages to your child. Other parents cannot message players.

  • Privacy and control
    Monitoring ensures parents can oversee interactions for safety, while the platform maintains a secure communication environment for teams.
