Delete your child's account

This article explains how parents can permanently delete their child’s 360Player account in both the mobile app and the browser version.

  1. Open the 360Player app and tap More, or if you are on a browser, click your profile in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Tap or click My children.

  3. Find the account you want to delete and tap or click the ... icon to the right of the child’s name.

  4. Select Permanently delete this account.

  5. Confirm the action by typing DELETE in the box.
