A parent creates a player account for their child, and there are two places to do it: from your own account settings, or partway through a registration form when the child has no account yet.
Create a child account from your account settings
Open the main menu and go to Account settings.
Open the My children tab and select Create account.
Enter the Group code for the group the child is joining. A coach or an admin gives you this.
Fill in the child's details and press Continue.
Choose whether you manage the account or the child manages it, and press Continue.
Complete any extra fields your organization asks for.
If you are giving the child their own login, the email and password have to be different from yours and from any other account already in use. One email address cannot hold two accounts.
Create a child account from a registration form
If you reach a registration form and the child you want to register has no account yet, you do not have to abandon the form:
Use the group switcher to go to the Club lobby.
Click Add a child.
Select Create a new account for your child and fill in their details.
Go back to the registration form and register the child, who now appears.
If the child has their own device, they download the 360Player app and log in with the credentials you created. Until they do, the account works — you just manage it on their behalf.
