This will not delete contact information stored by your club. Please contact your club to make sure your data is deleted.
Step 1: Log in to your 360Player account.
Use your email and password to access your account through the website or mobile app.
Step 2: Go to the Account Settings.
Step 3: Access the account deletion option.
In the Account Settings section, locate and select the option labelled Delete Account
Step 4: Confirm your decision.
Read the warning message about the consequences of deleting your account.
You may be asked to enter your password or confirm your identity to proceed.
Step 5: Submit the deletion request.
Click the Delete Account button to finalize your request. A confirmation email may be sent to your registered email address.
Step 6: Confirm the deletion via email (if required).
Open the email from 360Player and click the confirmation link to complete the process.
Important considerations
Account deletion is permanent. All data, messages, and account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Notify your team or club. If you’re part of a team, inform your coach or club admin before deleting your account to avoid disruptions.
Save any important data. Download or save any files or messages you want to keep before completing the deletion process.
