Delete your account

Schedule your 360Player account for deletion, what happens during the 14-day grace period, and how to cancel if you change your mind.

You have 14 days to change your mind. When you delete your account, it's scheduled for permanent deletion in 14 days. Until that date you can cancel the request and your account comes back unchanged. After the 14 days, the deletion is irreversible.

What gets deleted

After the 14-day window passes:

  • Your account profile (name, email, password, Apple ID link, profile picture, birth date) is permanently erased.

  • Your account is disconnected from any user profiles you held in clubs.

  • Account relations (parent–child links, etc.) are removed.

You won't be able to log in again or recover any of this.

What stays with your club

Deleting your 360Player account does not delete data the club keeps for its own records. Things like payment history, invoices, membership cards, registrations, and contact information your club stored on its side remain with the club. If you also want that removed, contact the club directly and ask them to delete your data — most clubs have a privacy contact for this.

Delete your account

  1. Log in to 360Player on the web or in the mobile app.

  2. Go to Account Settings > Privacy.

  3. Under Delete your account, click Permanently delete my account.

  4. Type the word delete into the confirmation field and click Confirm delete.

Your account is now scheduled for deletion. You'll see the exact date it will be removed on the same page, alongside a Cancel my delete request button.

Cancel a scheduled deletion

Any time before the 14 days are up:

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings > Privacy.

  2. Click Cancel my delete request.

Your account is restored immediately and the scheduled deletion is cancelled.

Delete a child's account (parents)

If you manage a child's account, you can schedule it for deletion the same way:

  1. Go to Account Settings > My children.

  2. Click the ... menu next to your child and select Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

The 14-day grace period applies the same way. Your child's account card on the My children page will show the scheduled deletion date and a Cancel button until the deletion is final.

Before you delete

  • Tell your team or club. Coaches and admins will lose contact with you. If you're mid-season, your spot may need to be reassigned.

  • Save anything you want to keep. Messages, photos, or documents shared inside 360Player will be gone once deletion completes.

  • Sign in with Apple users. If you signed up with Apple ID, deleting your 360Player account doesn't revoke the Apple-side connection — you can manage that from Settings > Apple ID > Sign in with Apple on your device.
