Subscribe to your 360Player calendar

Link a 360Player calendar to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook so events stay in sync automatically.

Subscribing links a 360Player calendar to your personal calendar app. Once it's set up, any event added, changed, or cancelled in 360Player shows up automatically — no manual copying.

What you can subscribe to

From the Calendar, click Share (on small screens, it's inside the calendar's menu) and pick which calendar to subscribe to:

  • The group calendar — every event for the team or group you're viewing.

  • Your own calendar — every event you personally have across all your groups.

  • A child's calendar (parents) — events that child is invited to, across all their groups.

Subscribe

  1. Choosing an option opens the Subscribe to events dialog with a personal link already filled in.

  2. Click Add to my calendar to hand the link straight to your device's default calendar app.

  3. If that doesn't open the right app, click Copy link to clipboard instead and paste it into your calendar app using the steps below.

Keep the link private. Anyone with it can see that calendar's events. Don't post it anywhere public.

Paste the link manually

  • Google Calendar — go to Settings > Add calendar > From URL, paste the link, and click Add calendar.

  • Outlook — go to Add calendar > Subscribe from web, paste the link, and save.

  • Apple Calendar — go to File > New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, and click Subscribe.

Inside the 360Player app on Android, Add to my calendar isn't available — use Copy link to clipboard and add the subscription in your calendar app instead.

Keeping it in sync

A subscribed calendar isn't a one-time import — your calendar app checks the link periodically and pulls in whatever changed, including new events and cancellations. How often it checks depends on the app, not on 360Player, so a change can take a while to show up. Subscribed events don't show attendance or let you respond to invites — for that, use 360Player directly. See Manage event attendance for how RSVPs and attendance work.

Troubleshooting

  • Nothing happens when I click "Add to my calendar." Your browser or device has no app registered to handle calendar subscription links. Use Copy link to clipboard and add it manually instead.

  • Events aren't updating. Give it time — most calendar apps only refresh subscribed calendars every few hours. If it's been longer than a day, re-subscribe using a fresh link from 360Player.

  • I don't see a child's calendar as an option. Only parents linked to that child's account see it in the list.
