360Player Integrations

How Website Settings, Posts, Upcoming Matches, Results, Registrations, and Events flow from your 360Player app to your website.

Several parts of your website pull data automatically from your 360Player app. This article covers each one — what it is, what to do in the app to make it show up on your site, and tips for common issues. On Premium sites, this same data also powers the custom App elements documented in the Element Library.

Website Settings

Control which teams sync from the 360Player app to your website, and manage each team's display name, slug, category, image, and contacts.

What it is:

Website Settings is where you control what flows from your 360Player app to your website — specifically, which teams appear on the site and how they're labeled. This lives inside the 360Player app itself, not the website editor, and it's the first thing to set up on the checklist since the rest of the site depends on it.

What to do:

  1. In the 360Player app, switch to Administrator view using the organization switcher in the top-left.

  2. Go to Settings → Websites. This lists each site in your organization (you may have more than one) with its Site Name and Language.

  3. Click Edit site next to the site you want to update. This opens the Website settings table, listing every team with its Display name, Slug, Category, Image, and Contact persons.

  4. Toggle on every team you want to show on the website — toggling a team off excludes its data from the site.

  5. Click the pencil icon next to a team to open Edit Site Group, where you can set its Display name, Slug, Category, Cover image, and — scroll down — Contacts.

Tips:

  • Display name defaults to the team's name from the app and is used for the page title and headlines — change it here if you want something different on the website.

  • Slug auto-generates from the display name (for example, U15 becomes /u15) — it's editable, and 360Player will add a unique number to it automatically if needed. It becomes that team's page URL.

  • Category is optional and groups teams together on the website — for example, U15 through U21 can all share the category "Academy."

  • Cover image is what shows on the team's page — click Add attachments to upload one, or the X to remove an existing one.

  • Contacts is further down in the same panel — click Add Contact to add people who'll be visible on that team's website page. These also show up on the About Us and Contact pages.

  • For Premium sites, this same team data also powers the 360 Team Page, 360 Team Page Squad, and 360 Groups App elements — see the Element Library (Premium).

Group ID

The number many settings and App elements use to link to one specific team or group.

What it is:

Every team/group in your 360Player app automatically has its own unique Group ID — it's not something you set up in Website Settings, it already exists on every group from the moment it's created. Several elements and settings ask for a Group ID to link them to one specific team.

What to do:

  1. In the 360Player app, switch to Administrator view.

  2. Go to Management → Organization, and open the team/group you need the ID for.

  3. Look at the page's URL — the number after /group/ is that group's Group ID (for example, .../management/group/16787 means the Group ID is 16787).

Tips:

  • To filter or link to more than one group at once, separate their Group IDs with commas — for example 16787,16785.

  • A Group ID is fixed and permanent once the group exists, so it's safe to reuse anywhere a website element or setting asks for one.

Posts

Publish news from your 360Player app straight to your website's News page and Home Page.

What it is:

Posts you write in the 360Player app can appear as News on your website — but only once a post is marked Public. Everything else about how they're displayed (layout, columns, filtering) is set on the website side, covered in the News guide.

What to do:

  1. In the 360Player app, go to Posts → New post.

  2. Choose a post type: Team post, Multi group, or Club lobby.

  3. Fill in the Title, Content, and any Attachments.

  4. Open Advanced settings → Visibility options and check Public — this is what makes the post eligible to show on the website, on top of Admin and staff / Players / Parents.

  5. Set it to Published (or schedule it) to make it go live.

Tips:

  • A Multi group post creates one duplicate copy per group you select. If more than one of those groups is shown on the website, the same post appears as multiple cards. Keep Multi group posts non-public, and instead duplicate and publish a single copy under the top-level/parent group.

  • A post only shows on the website once it's both Public and Published — a draft or scheduled post won't appear yet, even if Public is checked.

  • For Premium sites, this same Public post data is what the 360 Posts and 360 Post Page App elements display — see the Element Library (Premium).

Upcoming Matches

Show scheduled matches from 360Player on your website.

What it is:

Matches you've scheduled for a team in 360Player can appear in your website's Upcoming Matches list — on the Matches page, the Home Page's Matches section, and the relevant Team page.

What to do:

  1. In the 360Player app, open the team and go to its Calendar.

  2. Open the match you want to show, and find its Visibility section.

  3. Check Show on website.

Once checked, the match appears automatically wherever your website shows upcoming matches — no separate publish step.

Tips:

  • The team also needs to be toggled on in Website Settings above — if it isn't, none of that team's matches will show regardless of this setting.

  • Unchecking Show on website hides the match everywhere on the site at once — Calendar, Matches, and the Team page — not just from one list.

  • For Premium sites, this same match data is what 360 Matches & Results Slider, 360 Matches & Results List, and the Matches/Results tabs on 360 Team Page / 360 Team Page Squad display — see the Element Library (Premium).

Results

Show completed match results from 360Player on your website.

What it is:

Once a match you've marked Show on website is played and its score is entered, it moves from Upcoming Matches to Results automatically — it's the same match and the same visibility setting throughout, just a different stage.

What to do:

  1. Enter the final score for the match in the 360Player app, under the team's Calendar.

  2. Mark the match complete.

As long as Show on website is still checked, the result appears on the site automatically — there's no separate step to publish a result.

Tips:

  • If a match isn't showing up in Results, check that Show on website is still checked on that match — it uses the exact same toggle as Upcoming Matches.

  • For Premium sites, this same result data is what 360 Matches & Results Slider, 360 Matches & Results List, and the Results tab on 360 Team Page / 360 Team Page Squad display — see the Element Library (Premium).

Registrations

Make a registration visible on your website's Registrations page.

What it is:

Registrations you create in the 360Player app — camps, programs, academies, and more — can appear on your website's Registrations page. Categories also drive the auto-generated sections on the Programs page and Home Page. Widget-level display settings are covered in the Registrations and Programs guides.

What to do:

  1. In the 360Player app, go to Registrations → All registrations.

  2. Open the registration, or use its ⋯ menu, and set its visibility so it's public/shown on the website.

  3. Optional: group related registrations under a Category (Registrations → Categories) if you want the website to filter or organize them by category.

Tips:

  • From the ⋯ menu you can also Copy category URL or Copy registration URL — these are the values you paste into the website's Registrations widget filter, covered in the Registrations guide.

  • A category's Description field becomes the auto-generated section text on the Programs page and Home Page when "Display form categories" is turned on there.

  • For Premium sites, this same registration data is what the 360 Forms App element displays — see the Element Library (Premium).

Events

Show practices, meetings, camps, and other non-match events on your website's Calendar.

What it is:

Besides matches, a team's calendar in 360Player can include Practice, Meeting, Camp, Cup, and Other events. Any of these can appear on your website's Calendar the same way a match does.

What to do:

  1. In the 360Player app, open the team and go to its Calendar.

  2. Open the event and find its Visibility section.

  3. Check Show on website.

Tips:

  • Same dependency as matches: the team needs to be toggled on in Website Settings, or its events won't show regardless of this setting.

  • The event's category (Match/Practice/Meeting/Camp/Cup/Other) controls its label and color on the website Calendar — labels are customizable there, covered in the Calendar guide.

  • Only teams with at least one visible event appear in the website Calendar's "All Groups" filter.

  • For Premium sites, this same event data is what the 360 Calendar App element and the Events tab on 360 Team Page / 360 Team Page Squad display — see the Element Library (Premium).
