Your Starter website comes with these pages already built. Each one uses ready-made widgets connected to your 360Player data — you mostly just need to fill in text and images, and turn on what you want visible. Some of what shows up here (which teams appear, which posts and matches are public) is controlled from Website Settings in the 360Player app.

Home Page
What it is
The Home Page is the first page most visitors land on. It's built from several sections you can edit, reorder-by-hiding, or turn off entirely: a Hero banner, quick links to key pages, upcoming matches, a programs highlight, latest news, and your partners.
What to do
Hiding a section you don't need
Open the Layers panel in the left panel to see every section on the Home page (Header, Hero, Page Links, Matches, Content, News, Section, Footer). If you don't want to show one, click the eye icon next to it to hide it.
Visibility is set per device, so make sure to repeat this for desktop, tablet, and mobile using the device picker at the top of the editor.
Header & menu
The navigation menu in the header is generated automatically from the pages included in your site — you don't edit it directly here. If you want to rename or remove a page from the menu, contact your 360Player web contact for help.
The Register button in the header links to a page (Registrations, by default). Click the button to edit its text or change where it links to.
360 Hero
This is the large banner at the top of the page.
Enable Video Background toggle — turn this on to replace the image slider with a YouTube video background. Add the YouTube link, Title, Description, and choose whether to Show Button (with its own Button Text and link).
If you leave Video Background off, you get an image slider instead — add one or more Slides. If you only want a single static image, just keep it to one slide.
Each slide has: Title, Description, Image (Desktop) with its own Alt text, an optional Image (Mobile) with its own alt text (skip this and the desktop image is used on all devices instead), Button text, and a Button link to any page.
There's also a toggle to show or hide your business logo on the Hero, pulled from Business Info.
360 Page Links
A row of link cards below the Hero. For each one, add a Title, a link to a page, and an image.
Matches
Shows upcoming matches and results using the 360 Matches & Results Slider widget, pulling from 360Player. Settings covered:
Title, What to Show, Title Style (H1/H2), View All Link text and destination.
Filtering group — limit to specific teams by Group ID or Group Name (comma-separated for multiple).
Match Limits group (Max Upcoming Matches, Max Results, Recent Results Before Upcoming in the "All" view) and a Labels & Messages group (filter labels for All/Upcoming/Results, No Data Message).
Content Slider (Programs highlight)
Labeled "Our Programmes" by default, this uses the 360 Content Slider widget to highlight your programs.
Turn on Display form categories in the 360player app to automatically pull in your registration categories and their descriptions — the same source used by the Programs page (see the Programs section below for how to set those up).
Turn it off to build the slides manually instead: add slides under the Slides list, each with a Title, Image, Description, Button text, and Button link.
Latest News
Pulls posts from the 360Player app's Posts section (see the News section below for how posts get published). Settings covered:
Title, and whether to Show the View All link plus its destination.
Layout & Pagination group — Posts Page Path, Feature First Post (on by default, highlights your newest post — turn it off to give every post equal size), Columns per device, Posts per Page, and a Load More button.
Groups & Filtering group — group name badges, a group filter, and Filter/Hide by Group ID(s) (for example, to only show club-wide news) — plus a Fallback Image used when a post has no image of its own (defaults to your business logo if left empty).
Partners
Uses the 360 Sponsor Grid widget. Add a Heading and an optional View All link to your Partners page, then a Sponsor Logo per partner, linked to their website.
Footer
The footer pulls its content automatically from Business Info — see Business Info in the Intro to the Editor guide for how to edit it.
Tips
Hiding a section only hides it on the device you have selected at the time — switch through desktop, tablet, and mobile and repeat if you want it hidden everywhere.
If you skip the mobile image on a Hero slide, the desktop image is used on mobile too, so you don't have to add one for every slide.
The Content Slider's "Display form categories" toggle is the fastest way to keep your homepage programs section automatically up to date with your registration categories — no manual editing needed as programs change.
About Us
What it is
The About Us page is where you tell your club's story — background, mission, history, and more — and introduce your staff or board. The page is built from two flexible sections: a 360 Text Section for your story (text, images, and buttons), and a 360 Contact & Staff section for showcasing staff or board members.
What to do
Telling your story (360 Text Section)
Click on the 360 Text Section to open its settings.
Add a Title and Description for the top of the section (for example "About Us" / "Every Sport. Every Athlete. Every Step of the Way."), and choose the Alignment.
Under About Sections, click + Add Section to add a subsection (for example "About Farham FC", "Our History", "Our Mission"). Each subsection gets its own Subtitle, Description, and optional Image.
Open a subsection to edit it: toggle Show Image on or off, upload an image, and set its Image Position (left or right of the text).
Optionally toggle Show Button on a subsection and set the button text and link (existing site page, dynamic page, web address, popup, or anchor).
Repeat step 4 for as many subsections as you want.
Toggle Enable Scroll Animation to make sections animate in as visitors scroll down the page.
Optionally use Extra Buttons to add a button above and/or below all the sections — separate from the per-subsection buttons — by toggling Show Button and setting its text and link.
Showcasing staff (360 Contact & Staff)
Click on the Our Staff section to open its settings.
Set the Section Title and Section Description.
You can use up to 6 tabs. Open a tab, toggle Show This Tab on, and give it a Tab Name (for example "Board" or "Team Contacts").
Choose a Contact Source for the tab: Manual List — click + Add Contact and fill in Category (Team Name), Name, Role/Title, Email, Phone Number, and Photo for each person. Dynamic (From Group) — enter the Team/Group Name(s) as set up in the 360Player app, and contacts are pulled in automatically from that team's contacts.
For a dynamic tab, optionally toggle Hide Phone Number or Hide Email Address if you don't want those shown.
Tips
A subsection doesn't need an image — turn off Show Image for a text-only block.
The Category (Team Name) field on a manual contact controls the heading it's grouped under on the page (for example "Board").
Manual contacts work well for people not tied to a specific team, like a Chairman or Secretary. Dynamic contacts work well for coaches or team contacts, since they update automatically from what's entered per team in Website Settings and are grouped by team name.
"Pull Data From the Form categories in the 360 app" is available on the text section but optional — leave it off if you're adding sections manually.
Teams
What it is
The Teams section has two parts that work together. The Our Teams page shows all your teams grouped into categories (Senior, Academy, Recreational, etc.) with a button for each — click one and it opens that team's own Team Page, which automatically shows the team's news, contacts, events, results, and upcoming matches. Both pull their team and contact data from the groups you set up in the 360Player app (see Website Settings).
What to do
The Our Teams page
Click on the Our Teams section (the 360 Groups widget) to open its settings.
Set the Title and Description. Teams are pulled in and grouped automatically to match the categories you set for each team in Website Settings.
Optionally use Filter by group to control which groups show and in what order — enter one category name to show only that group as a flat grid, or several comma-separated names (e.g. "senior, academy, recreational") to show them as ordered sections. Leave it empty to show all groups.
Leave Page URL Path as it is — changing it breaks the link structure between this page and the individual team pages.
Optionally add a Card Icon and set the number of Columns for the team buttons.
Adding a team manually
Scroll to Manual Teams and click + Add Team.
Enter a Team Name and a Category — set the Category to an existing group name to add the team into that group, or type a new name to create a new group.
Set the Link for the button — existing site page, dynamic page, web address, popup, anchor, email address, click to call, or file for download.
Use this for anything you want listed on the Our Teams page that isn't a team already managed in 360Player.
Team pages
Each team button links to a dynamic Team Page, built once and reused for every team. It shows a team image, the team's name and category, and up to five tabs:
News — public posts from 360Player for that team.
Contacts — contacts added for that team in 360Player (Website Settings).
Events — public events for that team, shown as a calendar.
Results — past games, shown as cards.
Upcoming Matches — the team's next match, if there is one.
A tab is automatically hidden if there's no data for it. To change what the team pages show or how they're labeled:
Open the page in edit mode, click on the Team Page widget, and go to Content.
Set the Default Active Tab — which tab is shown first when a visitor opens a team page.
Under Tab Labels, rename any of the five tabs (Matches, Results, Events, News, Contacts).
Under Team Header, toggle whether to show the team logo.
Under Section Visibility, toggle each tab on or off.
Under Items Per Section, set how many upcoming matches, results, events, and news posts to show.
Under Events — Navigation & Labels and Event Categories, customize the calendar's navigation text and the labels for each event type (Match, Practice, Cup, Camp, Meeting, Other).
Under Display Options, toggle team badges in matches, scores in results, author/name/date in news, and phone number/email in contacts.
Set a No Data Message to show when a tab has nothing to display.
Tips
A team's Category, image, and Contacts come from Website Settings in the 360Player app, not from here.
Turning off Show Author (Avatar, Name & Date) in News makes the first news post display like a plain note instead of a dated post — a handy way to repurpose the News tab as a short intro text for each team. Just rename the tab label to something like "About" or "Intro".
Registrations
What it is
The Registrations page automatically lists your club's public registrations from 360Player — camps, programs, academies, and more — with an optional filter. Visitors can browse and click through to sign up directly on 360Player.
What to do
Click on the Registrations widget (360 Forms) to open its settings.
Set the Title, Title Heading Level (H1 or H2), and Description.
To only show specific registration categories instead of all public ones, go to the 360Player app → Registrations → All registrations, click the ⋯ menu next to a registration, and choose Copy category URL.
Paste the copied URL into Form category URL on the widget — separate multiple URLs with commas. Leave it empty to show all public registrations.
Toggle Show Filter to let visitors filter the list by category themselves.
Toggle Show Description Text to show or hide the description under the title.
Customize the labels if you want different wording: All Categories Label, Uncategorized Title, and Category Label Text.
Toggle Show Open/Closed Badge and Show Available Spots Badge, and edit their text with Open Status Label, Closed Status Label, Available Spots Label, and the Spots "of" Label (the word between the numbers, e.g. "of" in "50 of 50").
Set the Button Text, and optionally toggle Show Button Icon and choose an icon.
Tips
A registration's own details — title, description, dates, open/closed status, available spots, and image — are managed in the 360Player app under Registrations, not in the website editor. Update them there and the website updates automatically.
Clicking a registration on the website takes visitors to that registration's page on 360Player to actually sign up.
Programs
What it is
The Our Programs page showcases each of your club's programs or services — camps, academies, and so on — as its own section with an image, description, and a way to sign up. It uses the same 360 Text Section widget as the About Us page, but here it's set to pull its sections automatically from your registration categories in 360Player, instead of being filled in manually.
What to do
Click on the Our Programs section to open its settings.
Add a Title and Description for the top of the section, and choose the Alignment.
Make sure Pull Data From the Form categories in the 360 app is toggled on. With this on, a section is created automatically for each registration category you've set up — the About Sections (Manual) list below it is only used when this is switched off.
Optionally use Forms Category Names to show only specific categories (leave it blank to show all of them).
Setting up your program categories in 360Player
In the 360Player app, go to Registrations → Categories.
Treat each program or service as its own category. Click a category's ⋯ menu and choose Edit (or Add category for a new one).
Give the category a Name and a Description — the description becomes the text shown in that program's section on the website.
Make sure the registration(s) in that category are set to show on the website. The page automatically pulls in the latest image from a registration in that category — no need to add one on the website side.
Linking to Registrations
[Screenshot: Extra Buttons settings — Show Button, Button Text, Button Link with Existing site page set to Registrations]
Under Extra Buttons (Top & Bottom), toggle Show Button for the button below all sections.
Set the Button Text (e.g. "Register") and set its link to the existing Registrations page, so visitors can find and sign up for the program there.
Tips
This is the same 360 Text Section widget used on the About Us page — the difference here is that Pull Data From the Form categories is turned on, so sections come from your registration categories instead of being added manually.
You can also toggle Enable Scroll Animation so sections animate in as visitors scroll.
Calendar
What it is
The Club Calendar page automatically lists your club's events — matches, practices, camps, and more — in a monthly view, with filters for team and event type. Events come from the calendars you manage per team in 360Player.
What to do
Click on the Calendar widget (360 Calendar) to open its settings.
Under Title & Description, set the Title, Title heading level, and Description.
Set Group ID to control which teams' events appear. Leave it as null to include every team that has events, or enter one or more team Group IDs separated by commas to limit the calendar to specific teams.
Under Category Labels, customize the label shown for each event type: Match, Practice, Meeting, Camp, Cup, and Other.
Under Advanced Text & Labels, customize the "All groups" dropdown label, the week label prefix, the multi-day counter's "Day" and "of" words, the canceled-event tooltip text, and the empty month message.
Getting events to show on the calendar
In the 360Player app, open the team's Calendar and the event you want to show.
Under Visibility, check Show on website.
An event only appears on the website if both are true: the team is toggled on in Website Settings, and the individual event has Show on website checked.
Tips
Only teams that actually have events show up in the "All Groups" dropdown filter, so visitors won't see empty team options.
Visitors can filter by event type using the category chips (Match, Practice, Meeting, Camp, Cup) — deselecting all of them shows no events. Use the arrows next to the month heading to browse past and future months.
Matches
What it is
The Matches page automatically lists your teams' matches and results from 360Player, split into an Upcoming tab and a Results tab, with an optional team filter. It uses the same underlying match data as the Calendar page and each Team page's Results/Upcoming Matches tabs.
What to do
Click on the Matches widget (360 Matches & Results List) to open its settings.
Under Title & Description, set the Title, Title Tag (H1 or H2), and Description.
Under Main Settings, use Filter By Team(s) to list specific team names, comma-separated (e.g. "Eagles, Sharks"), or leave it blank to show every team. Set the Team Picker Label for the filter dropdown.
Toggle Only Show Home Matches if you only want home fixtures listed.
Set Max Upcoming Matches and Max Results to control how many cards show at once, and toggle Show "Load More" Button (with its Button Text and Matches To Reveal Per Click) to let visitors load more.
Rename the Upcoming Tab Label and Results Tab Label if you want, or toggle Hide Upcoming Tab / Hide Results Tab to show only one of them.
Under Text & Translations, customize the "All Groups" dropdown text, the "No Upcoming Matches"/"No Results Found" messages, the loading text, the Home/Away team fallback text, and the "VS" text.
Under Week Settings, set the translatable Week word, toggle Show Week Subtitle on Cards and Only Show Current Week's Matches, and set the Next Week Button Text.
Showing or hiding a specific match or result
In the 360Player app, open the team's Calendar and the match you want to show or hide.
Under Visibility, toggle Show on website on or off.
This works the same whether the match is still upcoming or already has a result — turn it off for any single match you don't want to appear on the website.
Tips
The team filter here uses team names (Filter By Team(s)), unlike the Calendar widget's Group ID field — keep that in mind if the two pages seem to filter differently.
Because Matches, Calendar, and each Team page's tabs all read from the same events, turning Show on website off for a match hides it everywhere on the site, not just on this page.
News
What it is
The News page lists your club's posts from 360Player as cards, filterable by team. Clicking a card opens the full post with a "More News" section below it.
What to do
Click on the Posts widget (360 Posts) to open its settings.
Set the Section Title and Description.
Under Title & "View All" Link, we recommend leaving Use H1 for Title and Show "View All" Link as they are.
Under Layout & Pagination, we recommend leaving Posts Page Path as it is — it's what routes visitors to the individual post page. Feature First Post is on by default to match how it's shown on the Home Page, but you can toggle it off.
Set Columns (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile) and Posts per Page, and toggle Show Load More Button (with its label and position) so visitors can load more posts.
Under Groups & Filtering, toggle Show Group Name Badges and Show Group Filter as you prefer, and use Filter by Group ID(s) or Hide Group ID(s) to control which teams' posts appear.
Getting a post to show on the website
In the 360Player app, go to Posts and click New post.
Choose Team post, Multi group, or Club lobby, and fill in the Title, Content, and any attachments.
Open Advanced settings and, under Visibility options, check Public — this is what makes the post show on the website once published.
Set it to Published (or Scheduled) rather than Draft.
Tips
Be careful with Multi group posts: behind the scenes, 360Player creates a separate duplicate post per group in the post. If several of those groups are shown on the website, each duplicate becomes its own card, so the same post appears more than once.
To avoid this, keep Multi group posts non-public (internal only). If you want that content to appear on the website, duplicate one of the group's copies and publish that single duplicate as Public under your top-level/parent group instead — that way it shows once.
Partners
What it is
The Partners page showcases the businesses and organizations that support your club, each with a logo, a category badge, a short description, and a link to their website.
What to do
Click on the Partners section (360 Sponsor List) to open its settings.
Set the Title, Title Tag, and Description.
[Screenshot: 360 Sponsor List settings — Title, Title Tag, Description, Button Text, Button Link, Image Edge Style, Program Items]
Optionally set the top Button Text and Button Link — for example to link to a page or form for becoming a partner. Leave the text empty to hide the button.
Set the Image Edge Style for the partner logos.
Adding a partner
Under Program Items, click + Add Program for a new partner, or open an existing one to edit it.
Upload the partner's logo as the Image.
Set the Badge Text to the partner's category (for example "Silver Partner" or "Gold Partner").
Set the Title to the partner's name, and optionally add a short Description.
Set the link under the image to the partner's website.
Repeat for each partner you want to list.
Adding a button below the list
Just like the top button, you can set a Button Text and Button Link below the list of partners — useful for the same kind of "become a partner" link, placed after visitors have seen the full list.
Tips
The Description on a partner is optional — leave it blank for a logo-only card.
Both the top and bottom buttons are optional and independent — use one, both, or neither.
Contact
What it is
The Contact page brings together your club's contact details, a list of your fields or venues, staff, frequently asked questions, and policy documents. Each section is its own widget, and any section you don't need can be hidden.
What to do
Contact details
Click on the Contact Info widget (360 Contact Info) to open its settings.
Set the Title and Description at the top.
Rename the Location Section Title, Phone Section Title, and Email Section Title labels if you want.
The address, phone number, email, and social icons themselves are pulled from Business Info, not entered here — update them there (see Business Info in the Intro to the Editor guide) and they'll update here too.
Our Locations
Click on the Our Locations widget (360 Locations) to open its settings.
Set the Title, Title Tag, Description, Text Alignment, and Location Icon.
Under Locations, click + Add Location for each field or venue you want listed, and fill in its details.
This list is separate from the single location set in Business Info — use it when your club plays or trains across multiple fields, grounds, or facilities.
Staff
The Staff section on this page uses the same 360 Contact & Staff widget covered in the About Us section above — see that section for how to set up tabs and contacts.
FAQ
Click on the FAQ widget (360 FAQ) to open its settings.
Set the Icon, Title, and Description.
Under FAQ, click + Add Item for each question, then fill in its Question and Answer.
Club Policies
Click on the Club Policies widget (360 Documents) to open its settings.
Set the Title, Title Tag, and Description.
Under List, click + Add Item for each document, give it a Title, and set its Link to the document or file.
Hiding a section you don't need
Open the Layers panel.
Click the eye icon next to a section (for example FAQ or Club Policies) to hide it.
Use the device picker at the top to switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile, and repeat — visibility is set separately per device.
Linking to a section from the footer
Click on the footer navigation section to open its settings (360 Footer Links).
Add a link, and under Link URL choose Anchor.
Set the Page to Contact and choose the Anchor — Staff, FAQ, Club Policies, Top, or Bottom — to link straight to that section.
Tips
The address, phone, email, and social icons on this page all come from Business Info — this page displays that data plus its own extra sections, it doesn't store its own copy.
"Our Locations" is its own manual list and isn't connected to Business Info's single location field — that's the right place to add multiple fields or venues.
