Custom links put your own pages into the 360Player navigation — a club shop, a policy document, a booking system — grouped into folders and shown only to the people who should see them.
Create a folder
Links live inside folders, and the folder is what appears in the menu. With none set up, the page says No custom links yet.
Go to Settings > Custom links.
Click Set up your custom links, or New folder if you already have one.
Enter a Folder title — "This title will appear in the menu for the user" — and pick an Icon, which appears next to it.
Save.
Add a link
Click New link in folder.
Give it a title and a URL. Use
https://— an insecure link cannot be embedded.Choose how it opens:
Open link in new tab — leaves 360Player and opens the site itself.
Embed link in 360Player — shows the page inside the app.
Click Save link.
Not every site allows being embedded. If a page comes up blank with Embed link in 360Player on, switch it to open in a new tab — that is the site's restriction, not a 360Player limit.
Decide who sees it
A link with no rules is shown to everyone. Add rules to narrow it.
On the link, click Create rule.
Choose whether it is Show link if ALL of the following conditions are met or Show link if ANY of the following conditions are met.
Click Add condition and pick a Condition, then its Value.
Add more conditions to the same rule, or Add another rule for a separate case. Remove rule takes one away.
Several rules are independent of each other: the link shows if any one of them matches. That is how you cover two unrelated audiences — one rule for coaches, another for parents of under-12s — without contorting a single rule.
The conditions you can use
Groups — specific teams or sections. Select Groups opens the picker and the count is shown once chosen.
Role — Coach, Staff or Player.
Age — a From and To range.
Gender — Male, Female or Not applicable.
Capability — Payment Admin, Forms or Scheduler. Use this to show finance links only to the people who handle money.
Club lobby — Displayed in club lobby, so the link shows to people at club level rather than inside a team.
Parents — Displayed to parents.
Change or remove a link
Open a link to edit it, or Delete it — you will be asked "Are you sure you want to remove this link?". Folder settings are changed with Update folder.
Troubleshooting
The link is not in my menu. Check the rules against yourself. An ALL rule with two conditions needs both to be true of you.
The embedded page is blank. The site blocks embedding. Switch to Open link in new tab.
No Custom links item in Settings. You do not have permission to manage them. Ask a top-level administrator.
