Connect to a player account as a parent

If your child already has a 360Player account and you want to connect to it, you first need to create your own parent account and then request the connection.

A parent connection is made from the parent's side and confirmed from the child's. You need the child's login email address, and the child needs to accept — an unaccepted connection does nothing.

If you do not have an account yet

  1. Download the 360Player app and click Create account.

  2. Enter the code your club gave you at the Enter group code step. A group gives you its Group code; an organization gives you its Club code. Either way it comes from the club, not from us.

  3. Select I'm a parent to a player and enter your own details.

  4. Choose Connect to an existing player account and enter the child's login email address.

If you already have an account

  1. Open My children from the main menu.

  2. Select Create connection.

  3. Enter the child's login email address.

The child has to accept

The child gets a notification in their own account and has to accept it before the connection exists. Until they do, you will not see their groups. Walk them through it with Accept a parent connection.

If the child cannot accept — no device, no login of their own — an admin at the club can make the connection instead, without the child doing anything. See Connect a parent and a player as an admin.
