This is the admin route to a parent-child connection. A connected parent can add a second guardian themselves (Connect an additional parent or guardian to a player), and either way the player has to approve the request before the connection exists (Accept a parent connection).
Who can use Relation Manager
Only top-level administrators have access to this feature. Parents or coaches cannot initiate relationship connections.
The capability to use Relation Manager can be turned on or off by an administrator in Settings > Users
Connect a parent to a player
Go to the Contact List and locate the player account you want to connect a parent to.
Click into the player account to open their profile.
ClickMore in the player profile, then select Add new relationship.
Select a parent account from the list, or if the parent doesn’t yet have a 360Player account, type their email address and click Send email invite.
ClickSend invite to initiate the connection.
The selected parent or player will receive a notification to approve the relationship. The connection will only be completed once approval has been given.
