A player can have more than one parent or guardian connected, and a connected parent adds the second one themselves from their own account. This is the parent-side route — a top-level admin can do it from the contact list instead (Connect a parent and a player as an admin), and the player has to approve it either way (Accept a parent connection).
Navigate to the More button in the menu to access additional options.
Select Account Settings.
Go to the My children tab at the top of the screen.
Select the context menu (•••) next to the player’s name and choose Connect a parent to [player’s name].
You have the option of "Send invite" via email OR "Generate invite link" and share it with the additional family member.
The additional parent clicks on the invite link and creates their parent account.
The additional parent or guardian is now connected to the player and can access their information in 360Player.
