A parent connection needs the player's approval before it exists, whichever side asked for it — a parent adding a second guardian (Connect an additional parent or guardian to a player) or an admin connecting the two from the contact list (Connect a parent and a player as an admin). This is what the player does with the request.
Check notifications.
The parent connection request will appear as a notification in your account.Open the request.
Click on Notifications and locate the connection request.Select the notification.
Click on the notification to view the details of the request.Accept the request.
Click Accept to confirm the connection.
The parent will now be successfully connected to your account.
