A quick guide to the main parts of the Premium Website Editor and the recommended workflow to get your website published.

360Player Data Sync
The website can connect to 360Player and automatically sync data from the app to your website. The available integrations are:
Groups
Calendar
Matches & Results
Posts
Registrations
Contacts
You can choose which integrations to use. You can turn on all of them or only the ones you need.
What to do
Start by choosing which 360Player integrations you want to use on your website.

Registrations
Registrations
When you create a registration form in the app, you can also display it on your website.
The form appears as a preview on your website. When someone wants to register, they are redirected to 360Player to complete the form.
To display a registration form on your website:
Set the form's Visibility to Public.
Select a Category for each form. This helps keep your registration forms organized on the website.
When you have created categories you're able to filter on them both in the widget and in the widget settings, to decide which forms to be visible on a certain page.
You're also able to display the categories in the widgets 360 Content Slider and 360 Text Section. If you add a Category description that description will be visible as well, like in the below examples.
Groups
Groups
When you activate a group in 360Player, a group page is automatically created on your website. The group page includes:
Calendar
Matches & Results
Posts
Contact persons
Events from activated groups will also appear in the club calendar, Matches page, and Contacts page.
Make sure to add a Category to each group. This allows the group to appear in the Group Picker widget on the Teams page.

The Club Calendar shows events from all activated groups in one place.
Visitors can filter the calendar by:

Matches & Results
Matches & Results
The Matches page and Matches & Results widget show matches and results from all activated teams.
You can:
Show upcoming matches and results.
Filter matches by group.
Posts
Posts
Posts from 360Player can appear on the Home page, Posts page, and in the Post widget. To display a post, set its Visibility to Public.
To avoid showing the same posts more than once, we recommend either:
Connecting the widget to one group, such as the top admin group.
Or making multi-group posts public.
Contacts
Contacts
The Contacts page and Contact element can display contacts from your activated groups.
You can choose to:
Sync all contacts.
Select which group contacts should be displayed.
Access website
Do the following steps to access your website.
Go to website.360player.com/login.
Log in with your website credentials you created from the access link.
You'll land on the site overview. Click Edit Site to open the editor.

Click Preview to view the website as a visitor.
Go through each page to explore the existing design and 360 integrations. This will help you decide:
What you want to keep or change
Whether you want to keep the current design or redesign it
Which pages you want to keep or remove
Turn on Edit mode
Click the X to leave preview and return to Edit mode, where you can make changes. You can also send a preview link to someone else without giving them editor access.
Business info
Business Info is where your club's core details live. Name, logo, location, phone, email, and social links. Fill it in once here, and it automatically shows up in your site's footer and on the Contact page.
What to do
In the website editor, open CMS in the left panel.
Go to Business Data → Business Info.
Fill in your Business name, and upload your Business logo (with alt text).
Under your location (shown as an expandable section, e.g. "Farham"), set the Location name and Location address — this becomes the address shown on your site.
Add a Phone Number and an Email Address.
Under Social Icons, click each platform you use and enter its URL — only the ones you fill in will show up on the site.

Site Theme
Site Theme is where you set your website’s overall look and feel, colors, buttons, text, images, and backgrounds, in one place. This keeps every page consistent without having to style each one separately.
What to do
Access the site theme by clicking on the Theme tab on the left side. Begin going through the colors and make adjustments if needed. We have the following color setup:
Primary: Header, Footer, Hamburger menu and the main background color for other elements on the site.
Secondary: The color to use on the primary background color, hover effect on primary background color.
Accent: Button and text hover color. Button background color on primary background.
Background: The page background color.
Following with the background color for the pages, and the text color on each main color above.
Page layout
Decide how you want your pages to look. If you’re happy with the existing template, keep it and use the same settings across the website for a consistent look.
If you want to change the layout, we recommend copying one of the subpages and redesigning it first. Then, use that page as a template by duplicating it whenever you create a new page. This will ensure all pages have the same look and feel throughout the site.

Page structure
Once you've decided on your page layout, set up the page structure using the Page Management settings. From there, you can:
Rename pages and update their URLs.
Remove pages you don't need.
Add new pages when needed.
Tip: Duplicate an existing page and rename the copy. This helps you maintain the same settings and structure across your website, saving you time by eliminating the need to start from scratch for each page.
Sections & Elements
Now it's time to update the content and elements on your pages. Start with the Home page and decide which sections you want to keep, remove, or add and then continue with the subpages.
If you're happy with the template, simply replace the existing content. Double-click an element and update its content in the settings window.
You may also see elements named 360Player (App). These are integrations with the 360 app. You can find more information about them here.
Adding sections and elements (Sub pages)
If you want to remove sections or redesign them, follow our guide on removing and redesigning sections.
Continue updating the content on your subpages. As with the Home page, you can either replace the existing content or create new sections.

SEO
Let´s update the web SEO. You could either adjust the SEO page by page by going through the site settings.
Or you could adjust everything in bulk from the project dashboard by accessing it from the AEO/SEO button on the left side.

Site settings
When you're ready to publish your site, go to More > Settings in the left panel.
Go through each setting and check if anything needs to be added or adjusted. Make sure you add your favicon and social media icon.
You can review all settings except the domain. For example, you may need to add a privacy page.

Publish
Now it’s time to publish your site. Click the publish button on the top right corner to get started.
In the next step you'll either publish it to the 360-player default domain or, as we recommend, use a custom one.
To publish your site using a custom domain, select “Use a domain you already own.”
Enter your domain name, including www at the beginning.
In the next step, you can connect the domain directly in the editor. If your domain provider isn’t supported, you’ll need to connect it through your domain provider’s website instead.
