Included pages
Your site comes with these pages already created: Start (home), About, Teams, Registrations, Programs, Calendar, Matches, News, Partners, and Contact. You'll fill each one in as you work through the Get Started checklist.
Business Info
What it is:
Business Info is where your club's core details live — name, logo, location, phone, email, and social links. Fill it in once here, and it automatically shows up in your site's footer and on the Contact page.
What to do:
In the website editor, open CMS in the left panel.
Go to Business Data → Business Info.
Fill in your Business name, and upload your Business logo (with alt text).
Under your location (shown as an expandable section, e.g. "Farham"), set the Location name and Location address — this becomes the address shown on your site.
Add a Phone Number and an Email Address.
Under Social Icons, click each platform you use and enter its URL — only the ones you fill in will show up on the site.
Layers
Click Layers to see every layer on the current page, and hide any element with its eye icon.
Edit and Preview mode
Click Preview to browse the site as a visitor would. Click the X to leave preview and return to Edit mode, where you can make changes. You can also send a preview link to someone else without giving them editor access.
AEO/SEO
Click AEO/SEO in the left side panel to add SEO settings for each page — covered in full, plus a final pre-publish checklist, in the Before Publishing (SEO) guide.
Publish
Click Publish (or Republish) at any time to push your latest changes to the live site — see the Publish guide for setting up your site's domain.
You'll also notice More in the left panel — that covers your site domain settings plus URL redirects and other advanced options.
360Player Data Sync
Your 360Player data is automatically synced with the website via API through six external data collections. These collections can be found inside the editor in CMS -> Collections and are automatically refreshed once an hour. You can manually refresh these by going to them and clicking the Refresh Data button. These are named events, forms, groups, matchesComplete, matchesUpcoming, and posts.
Turning on the teams, posts, and matches you want visible on your site is covered in the 360Player Integrations guide.
