If your club plays football or futsal in Sweden, you can link a Fogis association and import a competition's fixtures straight onto your team's calendar, with results following as they are reported.
Before you start
Set the group's country to Sweden and its sport to football or futsal, under Settings > General in Core settings. The Integrations tab is chosen by sport — an ice hockey group gets SweHockey instead, and a group set to anything else gets no tab at all.
On the IdrottOnline side, 360Player has to be an active integration: open Integrations, go to Inactivated integrations, choose Add integration, pick 360Player, and keep the import type as offered.
Link the association
Open the group whose calendar the fixtures should land on, and go to Group settings > Integrations. With nothing linked you will see No federation links yet.
Click Link a Fogis association.
Search for your association, select it, and click Next.
Confirm with Link.
From Clubs in that association, Search for a club, pick yours and save.
Import a competition
Choose the season. The current one is marked as such, and previous seasons are available if you need to backfill.
Search for a team or a competition and tick the one you want. The link card shows how many series are attached.
Continue to Import series and set how the imported matches should look. Fields marked with an asterisk under Required fields have to be filled.
Click Save.
Repeat from the season step for each competition — a team in a league and a friendly series needs two imports.
Match settings
These apply to every match imported from that series. To change one match afterwards, edit that event in the calendar.
Series name — required, and what the competition is called on your side.
Format, Periods and Period length in Minutes — the form shows the resulting total as you change them.
Home venue — a fixed venue for home matches, or Use imported venue to take whatever Fogis reports.
Home meet-up and Away meet-up — how long before match players should arrive. The two can differ, and Event duration shows the resulting event length for each.
Respond by — how long before match players have to answer the invite.
Import results — "Bring in final scores with each match". Leave it on unless you enter results by hand.
Stop importing
Remove this club? or Remove this association? — disconnects, leaving imported matches in place.
Delete all — removes every imported match for that team, past and upcoming, and disconnects it. It cannot be undone.
Where you are only stopping future imports, the milder option is the right one: past matches are kept and only upcoming ones are removed.
Troubleshooting
No Integrations tab. The group's sport is not football or futsal, or you do not have permission to manage imports.
No teams for the season. Fogis has nothing published for that club and season yet. Check the season first, then IdrottOnline.
Event times look early. The event includes the meet-up you set, so it starts before the match does. Check Home meet-up and Away meet-up.
Fixtures imported but no results. Import results was off for that series.
Imported fixtures land in the calendar as normal events, so you invite players and edit them exactly as you would one you created — see Create an event.
