If your club plays ice hockey in Sweden, you can link your SweHockey club to 360Player and have its matches appear on your calendar automatically, with results following as they are reported.
Before you start
The Integrations tab is chosen by the group's sport, not by a setting. It shows SweHockey only for ice hockey groups — a football group gets the Swedish FA integration instead, and a group whose sport is set to anything else gets nothing at all. Check the group's sport under Settings > General first.
Link a club
Open the group whose calendar the matches should land on.
Go to Group settings > Integrations. With no club linked yet you will see "No SweHockey clubs linked yet."
Click Link a club.
In Search for a club, start typing your club's name and pick it from the list, then click Next.
Set how imported matches should look — see Match settings below — and save.
The confirmation reads "Matches will be imported shortly". The first import runs in the background, so give it a few minutes before checking the calendar.
You can link more than one club to the same group with Link another club — useful when a group covers teams registered under different club identities.
Match settings
These are set once, when you link, and they apply to every match brought in from that club. They cannot be changed afterwards from the integration — to change one match, edit that event in the calendar.
Format, Periods and Period length — how long a match runs. The form shows you the total as you change them.
Home venue — where home matches are played, or Use imported venue to take whatever SweHockey reports.
Home meet-up and Away meet-up — how long before match players should arrive. The two can differ, and Event duration shows the resulting event length for each.
Respond by — how long before match players have to answer the invite.
Import results — "Bring in final scores with each match". Leave this on unless you enter results by hand.
Stop importing
The linked club's card has two ways to disconnect, and they do different things.
Unlink — stops future imports. "Past matches are kept — only upcoming ones are removed." The confirmation tells you how many upcoming matches will go.
Delete all — "Removes all imported matches for this club — past and upcoming — and disconnects it. This cannot be undone." Use it only when the link was set up against the wrong club.
Troubleshooting
No Integrations tab. The group's sport is not ice hockey. Set it under Settings > General, then reload.
Linked, but no matches. The import is asynchronous — wait a few minutes. If the calendar is still empty, the club may have no fixtures published for the current season yet.
Match times look wrong. The event includes the meet-up time you set, so the event starts earlier than the match. Check Home meet-up and Away meet-up against what you expected.
Wrong club linked. Unlink leaves the already-imported past matches behind. Use Delete all if you want them gone too, then link the right one.
