If your club plays floorball in Sweden, you can link a team from the Swedish Floorball Federation (iBIS) to 360Player and have its matches appear on your calendar automatically.
Before you start
The group's Country must be Sweden and its Sport must be floorball. You set both under Group settings > General in Core settings. The Integrations tab shows iBIS only for floorball groups.
A link is one team. iBIS often lists a club's men's and women's teams under the same name, so each row also shows the team's ID and the series it plays in. Check those before you pick. If the group follows more than one team, you link each one separately.
Link a team
Open the group whose calendar the matches should land on.
Go to Group settings > Integrations. With nothing linked yet you will see No iBIS teams linked yet.
Click Link a team.
In Search for a club, start typing your club's name, pick it from the list, and click Next.
The next step lists your club's teams. Pick the group's team and click Next. Search for a team finds a team by name, ID or series. A team that is already linked shows Connected.
In Import series, check the Series name and set how imported matches should look (see the match settings below). Then click Save.
The confirmation says the matches will appear after the next nightly sync. iBIS only lets 360Player fetch schedules once a night, so expect the matches on your calendar the next morning. After that, they are kept up to date automatically.
To follow another team, click Link another team and go through the same steps.
Match settings
You set these once, in Import series, when you link. They apply to every match brought in through that link, and you cannot change them afterwards from the integration. To change one match, edit that event in the calendar.
Series name — required. It starts as the name of what you linked, and it becomes the name of the competition the matches are filed under. You can change it.
Periods and Period length in Minutes — how long a match runs. The form shows the total as you change them.
Home venue — where home matches are played, or Use imported venue to take whatever iBIS reports.
Home meet-up and Away meet-up — how long before match players should arrive. The two can differ, and Event duration shows the resulting event length for each.
Respond by — how long before match players have to answer the invite.
Stop importing
Each linked row has a menu with two ways to disconnect, and they do different things.
Unlink — stops future imports. "Past matches are kept — only upcoming ones are removed." The message afterwards tells you how many upcoming matches were removed.
Delete all — "Removes all imported matches for this team — past and upcoming — and disconnects it. This cannot be undone." Use it only when the link was set up against the wrong team.
Troubleshooting
No Integrations tab, or no iBIS in it. The group's sport is not floorball, its country is not Sweden, or you do not have permission to manage imports. Fix the group under Group settings > General, then reload.
Your club or team is not in the list. The list only shows teams 360Player has access to in iBIS, and it refreshes every night. A team that was just added shows up after the next nightly sync.
Two teams look the same. Compare the ID and the series under each name. The series tells a men's team from a women's team.
Linked, but no matches. Matches arrive after the next nightly sync. If the calendar is still empty the next day, the team may have no fixtures published yet.
Match times look wrong. The event includes the meet-up time you set, so the event starts earlier than the match. Check Home meet-up and Away meet-up against what you expected.
Wrong team linked. Unlink leaves the already-imported past matches behind. Use Delete all if you want them gone too, then link the right one.
