This covers connecting an existing Stripe account to 360Player so your club can start taking card payments. If you are setting a club up from scratch, don't start here — see Get started with payments instead, and read Which setup your club should be on at the end for why.
Connect your account
From your organization's Dashboard (its home page), find the Connect and get started card.
Click Connect with Stripe.
Follow Stripe's onboarding prompts — Stripe will ask for your business registration details, tax ID (if applicable), stakeholder ID documents, business address, and a bank account. Exact requirements vary by country and business type, and may include a financial statement or business license.
Once Stripe approves your account, set your store currency on the same Dashboard card — you can't change it after saving.

Go to Settings > Payments — the Payment Provider field tells you directly.
Configure your Stripe account
Once connected, day-to-day settings — branding, customer email notifications, team access, invoice and subscription reminders — live in Stripe's own dashboard, not in 360Player. From Settings > Payments, click Visit stripe dashboard to get there.

Worth checking early: your support email and statement descriptor under Public details (this is what shows on your members' card statements and invoices), and the reminder schedule for unpaid invoices under Product settings.
Which setup your club should be on
Stripe is the older of the two ways 360Player can process your payments, and only long-standing clubs still use it. Adyen is what new clubs are set up with, and some things only work there — discount codes, choosing payment methods one by one, and handling disputes inside 360Player.
