Migrate from Stripe to Adyen

Export, cancel, and void outstanding invoices and subscriptions before 360Player switches your club from Stripe to Adyen.

For clubs migrating off Stripe only. This is the cleanup a club does before 360Player switches its account from Stripe to Adyen, arranged with your 360Player representative. New clubs should start directly with Get started with payments (Adyen) instead.

Export your open invoices and active subscriptions

Save everything outstanding so it can be re-issued once you're reconnected on Adyen.

  1. Go to Payments > Invoices and export everything Open, Past due, or Uncollectible.

  2. Go to Payments > Subscriptions and export everything Active, Scheduled, Pending, or Past due.

Cancel active subscriptions and installment plans

Cancel every active subscription or installment plan before migrating — none of them carry over, and 360Player re-issues them once the switch is done. Do this when as few subscriptions as possible are active, to minimize disruption.

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page.

  2. Filter for Active, Scheduled, Pending, Past due, and Uncollectible subscriptions.

  3. Export or note them down for your records.

  4. Cancel each active subscription listed.

Important. Confirm no active subscriptions remain before moving on.

Void all outstanding invoices

Unpaid or pending invoices can't be updated after the switch, so they all need to be voided.

  1. Go to the Invoices page.

  2. Filter for Open, Past due, or Uncollectible invoices.

  3. Export or note them down for your records.

  4. Void each outstanding invoice.

Important. Verify every outstanding invoice is voided before proceeding.

What happens next

Once you've exported, cancelled, and voided everything, 360Player sets up the Adyen side of your account. You'll get a follow-up email when it's ready — from there, onboarding continues in Get started with payments (Adyen).
