Before beginning!
To be able to perform the Adyen setup you need to contact your 360Player contact person to have it enabled.
When your 360Player representative has activated your Adyen account, do the following to start collecting payments:
1. Navigate to Settings -> Payments
In the Payments settings you are able to start the merchant onboarding. This will open up the onboarding portal where you'll be able to submit all information needed to become authorized to process payments through 360Player and Adyen.
2. Add your business details
Start by providing the details on your business. Depending on the type of business you are, you will be required to add different details. A special case is needed for businesses of the type Unincorporated association.

If you are an unincorporated association and missing a registration number, proceed with selecting "Association" and when arriving at the step for registration number, you can fill that with 0's instead.
3. Add details regarding decision maker and ownership
After adding your business details, continue to the next step where you will need to provide information regarding key stakeholders in your business. This includes any directors, signatory staff, board members and or people with more than 20% ownership in the business. The amount of information that you need to provide will differ depending on the type of business you are, as well as the role of the specific person.
You may also need copies of IDs or passport for certain individuals.
4. Add a bank account
Add a bank account to which you want to receive payouts from 360Player. Unless differently negotiated, payouts are done weekly to this bank account.
5. Sign the agreements
In order to continue, anyone with the power to sign for the business (setup in step 3) will need to sign both the service agreement and PCi agreement with Adyen.
6. Application done!
Once all information is submitted, your application is sent for verification. The verification process can take everything from 15 minutes to 48 hours. In the payment settings you will now see a status of "Pending" on your application, which will remain while your information is under review.
Whenever the status is updated, all payment administrators in your 360Player organization will receive an email.
Once verified, you are now free to collect payments using 360Player!
