Hi and welcome to 360Player! 🤩 We are so happy that you will use our platform to empower your club's operations. By following the steps in this article, you will be ready to start using all the great features of the platform.

Familiarise yourself with the platform
The 360Player platform is rich with features, and there is a lot to learn! As an administrator you will find a bunch of different features in the menu, so feel free to click around a bit to get an understanding of where everything is!
Don't worry, you won't need to understand where to do everything right away.
Set up your branding
The first step in configuring your organisation is to ensure that it looks great according to your brand! To do this, navigate to Settings -> General and on the settings page, find the Appearance settings a bit further down on the page.
Here you can set your club colors and upload your badge!
Set up your organization structure
When you have set up your branding, it is time to create your first groups! Groups are fundamental to the 360Player platform, and we encourage you to take some time in building the structure that works best for you!
Groups can be everything from the teams where your players are, to staff groups, and everything in between.
Here is a small example of how many clubs set up their structures (but you can of course do this exactly to your needs):
Create your first groups
To create your first group, navigate to Management -> Organization. Here you will find the button for Create new group. Create a new group there by giving it a name, and you're done!
You can now keep going to create all the groups you need! If you later on need to change this structure, it is entirely possible! If you want help in best practices for setting up your structure, feel
Invite other top level admins
You are probably not alone in running your club! In order to invite other top levels admins to collaborate with you, navigate to Team, click Invite team member and select Email invite. You can the add the emails to your colleagues and set their role.
Note that anyone with the Admin role set in the top level of the club will have full editing rights to everything in your organization.
Activate your payments
If you are going to use 360Player to manage payments you will need to set up your payments account before any funds can be processed. This process is slightly different based on which payment provider you will use, but no worries, just follow the applicable guide below and you will process payments in no time:
Using Adyen
If you will process payments using Adyen as the provider, navigate to Settings -> Payments. There you can start your KYC (know your customer) onboarding, where you will enter details regarding your business.

Using Stripe
If you will use payments through Stripe, navigate to the Home page and click the Connect with Stripe button. You will be redirected to the Stripe onboarding where you will set up your Stripe account.
