This walks you through setting your club up to take card payments in 360Player. Filling in the application takes about 15–30 minutes if you have your business documents to hand, and approval usually comes back somewhere between 15 minutes and 48 hours.
Before you start. Ask your 360Player representative to enable payments for your organization. You can't begin the application until they have.

Open the onboarding portal
Once your representative has activated Adyen, go to Settings > Payments. You'll see your payment setup with an Open onboarding portal button — click it to start submitting your details. You can use the same button later to re-enter the portal and update information.
Add your business details
Enter your business information. The exact fields depend on your business type.
Unincorporated associations — if your association doesn't have a formal registration number, select Association as the business type. When you reach the registration number step, enter zeros (e.g. 000000) instead.
Add decision makers and owners
Add the key stakeholders: directors, signatories, board members, and anyone with more than 20% ownership. The fields required depend on the person's role and your business type — you may need to upload IDs or passports for some individuals.
Add each person only once. If someone holds multiple roles (e.g. director and signatory), select all the applicable roles on the same entry — don't create duplicate entries.
Add your bank account
Add the account where you want to receive payouts. Unless agreed otherwise, payouts run weekly.
Name mismatch? If the bank account is held under a different name than your registered business name, go back to business details and add a "doing business as" (DBA) name that matches the bank account holder. The names must match for Adyen to accept the account.
iOS limitation. You can't add or manage bank accounts from the 360Player iOS app. Use a web browser instead.
Sign the agreements
Every signatory added in the previous step needs to sign both the service agreement and the PCI agreement with Adyen before the application can move forward.
Submit for verification
Once everything's filled in, your application goes to Adyen for verification — typically 15 minutes to 48 hours. Every payment administrator in your organization gets an email whenever the status changes.
Application statuses
The status shown on Settings > Payments tells you where things stand:
Prepared — your representative has activated Adyen but you haven't started submitting details. Open the onboarding portal to begin.
Pending approval — your application is with Adyen for verification. You'll get an email when something changes.
Information requested — Adyen needs more from you. Click Open onboarding portal to provide the missing details, or contact support if you're not sure what's needed.
Approved — you're verified and ready to collect payments.
Rejected — Adyen has declined the application. Contact 360Player support for next steps.
Unknown — something went wrong fetching your status. Contact your 360Player representative.
What you can do while waiting
While your application is Pending approval, you can keep setting up products, registration forms, and other payment-adjacent things in 360Player. You just can't collect payments until your status reaches Approved — once it does, turn on the payment methods you want in Activate payment methods.
Troubleshooting
Status stuck at "Information requested" even though most things look done. — Adyen reports the worst single problem, not an average: one bad detail (often the bank-account name mismatch above) holds the whole application back even if everything else is approved. Fix the flagged item and resubmit.
Bank account keeps getting flagged. — Almost always the name-mismatch issue: the account holder name has to match your registered business name exactly, or you need a DBA name on file that does.
Application was rejected. — There's no in-product appeal. Contact 360Player support with your application details.
Status won't move past submission. — Check that every signatory added in the decision-makers step has actually signed both agreements — a missing signature blocks the whole application.
