A playlist is an ordered set of clips pulled from any of your videos. Two separate choices govern it: who can see it, and who can change it.
Go to Development and select Video.
Open the add menu — Add content, or the + button on a narrow screen — and choose Add playlist.
Name the playlist and set who can see it. This is a two-way choice, not a toggle:
Only me — the playlist stays in your personal library.
Shared with team — the playlist appears in the team library.
Set who can add and remove clips:
Only me — nobody else can change it.
group admins — group admins can add and remove clips too.
group members — everyone in the group can add and remove clips.
Click Create. The playlist starts empty.
Add clips to a playlist
Open a video in your video library and find the clip you want.
Click the three dots on the clip and select Add to playlist.
Choose the playlist, or create one from the same panel.
Click Finish.
Clips can come from any of your videos, so one playlist can mix footage from several games.
Reorder or rename a playlist
Open the playlist and click Edit clip order.
Drag the clips into the order you want.
Click Finish.
The name, the sharing choice and the edit rights are changed in Edit playlist, where the button is Save rather than Create.
