Create a video playlist

Video playlists in 360Player allow you to organize and showcase clips in a structured way. Create playlists for your team's goals, training content, or any other theme you choose!

  1. Go to Development and select Video, then click Add content.

  2. Select Create playlist.

  3. Set visibility options for the playlist:

    • Only me or Shared with team — a two-way choice, not a toggle. Shared with team makes the playlist available in the team library; Only me keeps it in your personal one.

    • Edit rights on the playlist: Choose who can add or remove clips:

      • Only me: Only you can modify the playlist.

      • group admins: group admins can also add and remove clips.

      • group members: everyone in the group can add and remove clips.

  4. Click Create to finalize the video playlist. The new playlist will appear as empty, ready for you to add clips.

Add clips to a playlist

  1. Open a video in your video library and find the clip you want to add.

  2. Click the three dots on the clip to open the menu, then select Add to playlist.

  3. Choose the playlist to add the clip to, or create a new playlist directly from this menu.

  4. Click Finish to save the selection.

The clip will now appear in the playlist, which you can view in the video library. Keep adding clips from any of your videos to mix and match content in your playlist.

Edit a playlist

  1. Open the playlist and click Edit clip order.

  2. Drag and drop clips to rearrange them in your preferred sequence.

  3. Click Finish to save the new order.

Now your video playlist is ready to play seamlessly, showcasing all the clips in the exact order you’ve set!
