A collection is a folder in the video library. Who can see it is decided when you create it, so it is worth getting right first time.
Go to Development and select Video.
Open the add menu — Add content, or the + button on a narrow screen — and choose Add collection.
Enter a Collection name and choose who it is shared with:
Only you — nobody else can see it.
Shared with team — visible to everyone in the group.
Shared with club — visible to everyone in the organization.
Click Create.
Add a video to a collection
Find the video in the video library.
Click the three dots on the video and select Add to collection.
Choose where the collection lives — My, Team or Club — then pick the collection by name.
Click Finish.
My, Team and Club are where you look for an existing collection. They are not the sharing choice — that is set once, when the collection is created, and is worded differently on purpose.
