Log extra training

Players can easily log extra training sessions to track their progress and share their efforts with coaches or teammates.

The training log is where a player records training the club did not schedule — a run on their own, a match for a school team, anything that is not already an event in 360Player.

  1. Open the training log from the start page.

  2. Pick the kind of training. The tabs are Individual, Team, Match and Other, and the choice changes the example the next field shows you.

  3. Under What did you do?, describe the session in your own words.

  4. Set the physical strain.

  5. Set the date and time under When did you do it?.

  6. Click Register training.

A second field, What did you practice?, lets you tie the session to a specific skill. It only appears on the Individual tab, and only if your sport has ratings enabled — so if you cannot find it, that is why, and it is not required.

Physical strain is your own judgement of how hard it was, not a measurement. High strain means a high pulse and heavy breathing, or a lot of lactic acid in the muscles; an easy technical session is low even if it lasted a long time.
