LOK reporting needs 360Player and IdrottOnline connected in both directions: IdrottOnline has to accept 360Player as an integration, and 360Player has to hold the same organization details IdrottOnline has. Do the IdrottOnline half first — the 360Player half has nothing to connect to until it is done.
In IdrottOnline
These are IdrottOnline's own screens, so the wording is theirs, not ours.
Go to Integration.
Expand the integrations menu, open Inactivated integrations and click Add integration.
Pick 360Player from the list. Leave the import type as it is — changing it is what usually breaks this step.
Submit. 360Player should now appear among your active integrations.
In 360Player
In your top-level group, go to Settings > LOK.
Fill in your organization's details exactly as they are set up in IdrottOnline. A mismatch here is reported as a LOK error later, not now.
Click Save.
No LOK tab means your organization's country is not set to Sweden. Fix the country first; the tab appears on its own once it is right.
After activation
Two things become available that are easy to miss, and both matter for a complete report:
A LOK column and filter appear on your contact list, so you can see at a glance which members still have LOK data missing rather than finding out at reporting time. Each member also gets a LOK status on their profile.
Registration forms can ask for a Swedish personal identity number as a field, which is the least painful way to collect the numbers you need — new members supply it as they register, instead of you chasing them afterwards.
