Once a tournament is published, day-to-day work happens from its schedule — entering results, adjusting games, and occasionally editing the setup itself.
Enter a result
Open the tournament's Games tab, or the Schedule tab inside the workbench, and use Add result on a game. Once a result is entered, the score is locked on that calendar event — coaches can still log game statistics, lineups, and minutes played on it, but can't change the score.
Standings recalculate automatically the moment a result is saved, sorted on points, then goals scored, then goal difference.
Edit or remove a game
From the Schedule tab in the workbench, use a game's menu to Edit match or Delete match from tournament. Select several games and use Delete matches to remove more than one at once.
Change the setup after publishing
Format and game settings lock while a tournament is published. To change the format, points, groups, or playoff configuration, unpublish it first, make your changes, then republish — unpublishing only hides matches from participants, it doesn't delete anything.
Duplicate a tournament
Use Duplicate tournament from the tournament's row menu in the Tournaments list to create a fresh copy in Draft status — useful for running the same format again next season. You're taken straight into the new tournament's workbench.
Delete a tournament
This can't be undone. Deleting a tournament permanently removes it and its games.
Use Delete tournament from the row menu in the Tournaments list.
View as a player or parent
Participants see the same tournament page as admins — Overview, Games, Playoffs, Groups, Participants, and About — just without edit controls, and only for tabs you haven't hidden in General settings. A tournament always shows to players and parents on teams enrolled in it, even without any special permissions.
Troubleshooting
Schedule won't generate — add at least one field on the Resources tab, and make sure every enrolled team is placed in a group for group-stage formats.
Format or playoff settings are greyed out — the format locks once playoff games exist, and playoff settings lock once bracket games exist or the tournament is published. Delete the games, or unpublish, first.
A tab is missing from the tournament page — it's likely hidden under General > Tournament page tabs. Overview can't be hidden, and About only shows if the tournament has a description.
