Invite staff with a link

Admins can invite new users to join a group in 360Player using links, codes, or email. Follow these steps based on the level of the organization or group.

Inviting to the top level of the organization

  1. Navigate to the top level.
    Go to the top-level page of your organization in 360Player.

  2. Access the Team section.
    Click on Team in the menu.

  3. Invite team members.
    Click Invite team member, then select Send email invite.

  4. Add email and role.
    Enter the user's email address and select their role within the organization. Click Add.

  5. Send the invites.
    Once all team members are added, click Send to finalize the invitations.

Inviting to a subgroup

  1. Navigate to the subgroup.
    Go to the specific group where the user will join.

  2. Access the Team section.
    Click on Team in the menu.

  3. Choose the invitation method.
    Click Invite team member and choose one of the following:

    • Share invite link to send the link directly.

    • Copy invite code to provide a code for the user to join.

    • Send email invite for a more direct invitation.

If inviting multiple users, select the Email invite method to send invitations in bulk.

By following these steps, new staff members can quickly join the organization or subgroup with their assigned roles.
