Step-by-step guide to creating your account
1. Get the 360Player app or visit app.360player.com
If you’re using a group code, start by downloading the 360Player app or visiting app.360player.com. All other signup flows will guide you to the app automatically.
2. Enter your group code (if applicable)
If you have a group code, enter it when prompted. This will connect you to your team or organization in 360Player.
3. Select your role
You will see three role options:
Parent
Staff
Player
Critical step for parents: If you’re a parent, ensure you select the Parent role and not Player. Parents have an extra step to create their child’s account after creating their own.
If you’ve received an email invite, your role is already pre-selected, and this step will be skipped.
4. Fill in your details and set up a login method
Enter your personal information, such as your name and contact details. Next, create a login using one of these methods:
Email and password (minimum 8 characters)
Apple Sign-In
If your organisation supports SSO (Single Sign-On) for login, refer to our separate article for detailed instructions.
5. For parents: Create your child’s account
If you’re registering as a parent, you’ll need to create your child’s account during onboarding. This step only creates one child account—additional children can be added later.
Steps for creating your child’s account:
Add your child’s details, such as their name.
If you choose to create a login for your child:
Provide an email and password for their account.
If you have more than one child that should access 360Player you must create their account later.
6. Confirmation screen
Once the account sign up is complete, you’ll see a confirmation screen. Here Parents will have the option to invite another parent to connect to their child’s account.
This step is optional but recommended if you’d like to share account management responsibilities.
7. Navigate to your 360Player home page
After confirming your details, you’ll be directed to the home page or relevant registration pages in the 360Player app, depending on how you started the signup process.
