Creating posts in 360Player allows you to share updates, announcements, or important information with your team or groups.

Creating a post

  1. Navigate to the posts section.
    From the main menu, click the Posts tab. On mobile, this may be located in the bottom or side navigation bar.

  2. Click the ‘New Post’ button.
    Locate and select the New Post button, usually marked with a “+” icon or labeled clearly.

  3. Compose your post.

    Add a title, a main text and attach files if needed.

  4. Choose the audience for your post.
    Select the group(s) or individuals you want to share the post with. This can be your group, multiple groups, or specific users.

  5. Set additional options (if applicable).
    Depending on your permissions and preferences, you may have options to:

    • Schedule the post for a later time.

    • Enable comments or disable them.

  6. Publish your post.
    Click the Publish or Send button to share your post. If you scheduled the post, it will be automatically shared at the specified time.

Managing your posts

  1. Edit or delete a post.

    • To edit, go to the post you created, click the settings icon (three dots), and select Edit.

    • To delete, select Delete Post from the same menu.

  2. Check engagement.
    View likes, comments, and views on your post to see how your audience has interacted with it.

By using the post feature in 360Player, you can effectively communicate and share information with your team in a streamlined manner.
