This guide is for coaches and staff. As a coach you can write performance reviews for players in your team — they appear on the player's profile as soon as you save.
Create a review
Open the player's profile in 360Player.
Click the Development tab.
Find the Performance reviews section and click New review.
If the player is in more than one team, pick which team this review is for using the team selector at the top of the modal.
(Optional) Click Use template to pre-fill the review with your group's template. If the group doesn't have a template set up yet, the button won't insert anything — see Templates below.
Write the review. The editor supports text formatting, and you can paste a YouTube URL to embed a video directly in the review.
Click Create review. The review appears on the player's profile immediately.
Update or delete a review
From the same Performance reviews section, find the review you want to change. Use its edit control to reopen the modal — the save button now reads Update review — or use the delete control to remove it.
Templates
Performance review templates are configured at the group level. Once a template is in place, every coach in that group can start a new review from it with one click. If your club doesn't have one yet, ask your admin to set one up.
