Steps to create a performance review
From the Home page, go to Create and scroll across to Dialogue.
Click the + icon to start a new review.
Click View to open the performance review section.
Click the + icon again and choose one of the following:
New blank dialogue to start from scratch
Use template to work from a pre-made format
Add content to the review.
Click Save to complete and store the review.
