Using the calendar

Find your group's events, switch between day, week, month, and year views, filter by event type, and toggle between group, child, and personal calendars.

The Calendar tab is where you find every event for the group you're viewing — practices, matches, cups, camps, and meetings. The same calendar is used by admins, staff, parents, and players, with the controls adjusting to what you're allowed to do.

Switching views

Use the view switcher at the top of the calendar to pick how much you see at once:

  • Day — a single day, hour by hour.

  • Week — the working week with time-of-day rows.

  • Month — the full month, one block per event.

  • Year — a heatmap-style overview of the year.

  • Schedule — a chronological list of upcoming events, best for scrolling forward in time.

Click Today at any time to jump back to the current date.

Reading the colors

Each event type has its own color, so you can scan a busy month at a glance:

  • Match, Practice, Cup, Camp, Meeting, and Uncategorized events each have a distinct shade.

  • Past events that still need attention (attendance not yet marked) appear with a striped pattern.

Filtering events

Use the filter control to narrow the calendar down. You can filter by:

  • Event type — show only matches, only practices, etc.

  • Group — when your view covers multiple groups, pick which ones to include.

If an event you expected is suddenly gone, an active filter is the most common reason — clear it and check again.

Switching between calendars

Most people see more than one calendar:

  • Group calendar — every event for a specific team or group.

  • My calendar — every event you personally have across all your groups.

  • Your child's calendar (parents) — events your child is invited to across all their groups.

Switch using the group/account selector in the top bar. Parents toggle between their own calendar and each child's calendar from the same selector.

Sync to your personal calendar

You can subscribe to any of these calendars from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook so events appear alongside the rest of your life. See Sync your 360Player calendar with your personal calendar for the step-by-step.

I can't see an event I expected

If an event is missing from your calendar, check these in order:

  • A filter is hiding it — clear filters and look again. Most common cause.

  • You're on the wrong calendar — a match for your child won't appear on your personal calendar unless you switch to their view.

  • You weren't invited — only people invited to an event see it. Ask the event organizer to add you.

  • The event is private — some events are restricted to a subset of the group. Contact the event creator.

  • RSVP deadline passed and you didn't respond — the event may still show in the calendar but without a response control. See How to respond to an event invite.
