Accessing a user profile as an administrator
1. As a top-level administrator, go to the Contacts tab and use the search bar to find the user. Click on the user's name to open their profile.
2. As a group admin or team staff member, go to the Team tab and click on the user's name from the list.
What you can see in a user profile
Once the profile is open, you'll see the Overview page, which displays:
The user's basic information and any visible User Fields.
The Calendar, showing upcoming events the user is invited to.
The Attendance section, summarizing past event participation and whether the user attended or missed each event.
Any Registrations the user has submitted.
If your organization uses additional platform tools like Development or Video, these sections will also appear in the user’s profile.
The user profile is a central place to manage a member’s event activity, payments, and development within the club.
