Steps to merge contacts
Identify the accounts to merge.
Look for the key symbol next to a user’s name to determine if they have a 360Player account or a virtual account. Only these types of accounts can be merged.
Go to the Management section.
Log in to your 360Player account and navigate to Management in the main menu.Open the Contacts section.
Click on Contacts to view the list of users.Select the two accounts to merge.
Check the box to the left of each account name you want to merge.Click "Actions."
In the dropdown menu, select Merge.Resolve data conflicts.
If any data conflicts arise, confirm which information to retain for the merged account.Preview the merge.
Review the merged account details to ensure all information is accurate.Click "Merge."
Confirm the action to finalize the merging of the two accounts.
The selected accounts will now be combined, and their data will be consolidated according to your choices.
